Realbio™ is a cold cured, high resiliency, molded flexible polyurethane foam system using BioFoam™ technology. Our current system derives its makeup from renewable plant based reactive components. This reduces the amount of petroleum based materials in our foam thus reducing our dependency on fossil fuels.
The foam produced using Realbio™ maintains the same physical properties as the industries older traditional petroleum based foam system and you end up with a piece of foam that looks, feels and performs the same as older technologies but is more environmentally sensitive.
