Realform has excellent manufacturing capabilities for producing parts and assemblies to customer drawings and specifications. A well-prepared and capable technical staff is here to assist in product development, testing and evaluation. We also provide advice on appropriate materials and manufacturing processes to increase functionality and reduce production time.
Realform employs state of the art high-pressure metering systems and are able to formulate our varied chemistries in a wide range of ratios to accommodate the stringent technical specifications and uniformity required by our customers.
Manufacturing capabilities include, but are not limited to: cold cured flexible and rigid polyurethane foam, rigid foam CNC machining, pattern and tool-making, sub-assemblies, final assembly of finished goods and kit formatting. We have CAD/CAM capability, and routinely work from customer-supplied dataset information to produce patterns and completed parts.
